Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and I do not accept insurance. I work with a company called Thrizer that may be able to help you with reimbursement from sessions if you have out-of-network benefits. If you do have out of network benefits, Thrizer will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to ensure you get reimbursed.  You can learn more here. To determine if you have out-of-network benefits, you can contact your insurance company or I can run a benefit check with Thrizer.

I cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company and the full-fee is required at each session.

Do you offer
virtual sessions?

I’m currently only offering services virtually. All sessions are conducted via a secure platform and this means that we can work together regardless of where you are at the time, as long as you’re within California or Idaho. You’ll be able to access our sessions via phone, tablet, or computer.

How often should I schedule
sessions?

As we build the foundation of our therapeutic relationship, I recommend that we meet weekly. This will be important as we goal plan for your treatment and build rapport with one another. After that, bi-weekly is absolutely appropriate. Some clients are even best served with monthly check ins. Again, this is totally dependent on you and the specific issues you’re navigating. If at any point in time you want to scale back sessions or increase the frequency, please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

What are your rates?

Initial Intake Session (70 minutes): $260

Standard Session (50 minutes): $190

fees are due at the time of service & a credit/debit card will be held on file
